Report an Issue to us

Our Housing Team will help you settle in and assist you to raise any issues relating to your property. They will visit you regularly to check on the property and your welfare and ensure your home is safe and maintained to the expected standards. They are always on hand to advise you on property related issues and will provide guidance on general information within the household such as how to use appliances, fire safety and local information including bin collection days.

How YOU can report an issue

Maintenance or housing Issues can be reported by telephone, email, or in person. If your issue in an emergency, please contact us by phone or in person so we can address your issue as quickly as possible.

To report an urgent issue by telephone, please call your Housing Officer directly.

If you cannot contact your Housing Officer, please call a member of our team on 01268 740226 during our office opening hours of 9am-5pm.

If you need to report an emergency out of hours, please call 01268 740226, your call will be passed on to the emergency out of hours team

Non-urgent issues can be reported via email to: KCC@clearsprings.co.uk

Alternatively, you can raise this directly with any member of the Ready Homes Team, who will ensure this is actioned as soon as possible.
